You, the Gummibär community, voted Mr. Mister Gummibär as the top Gummibär song of 2025. Now, we are asking you to remix it!

Gummybear International is excited to announce the 2025 Gummibär Remix Contest. One lucky winner will receive a grand prize package and have their remix formally released by Gummybear International.

Gummybear International will accept music submissions from today, November 3, 2025, via SoundCloud link, to November 25, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST.

After November 25, 2025, Gummybear International will determine 6 finalists. The grand prize winner and two runner-up finalists will be determined by a community vote on thegummybear.com.

One lucky grand prize winner’s remix will be released by Gummybear International and receive:

• Remix credits on their winning remix’s release
• $100 cash value Visa Gift Card

• 1 Gummibär Shoulder Bag
• 1 ‘I Am Your Gummy Bear’ CD

Two runner-up contestants will each receive:

• Creativity
• Technical proficiency

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Gummybear International Inc. “The Entrant” refers to any participant that submits an entry as defined by the rules and regulations of the contest. The “Prize” refers to 3 prizes: Grand prize; remix credits on their winning remix’s release, 1 $100 cash value Visa Gift Card, 1 16” Jumbo Gummibär Plush,1 Gummibär Shoulder Bag, one “I Am Your Gummy Bear CD”, 1 Gummibär Squishy Plush Toy, 1 Limited Edition ‘I Am Your Gummy Bear’ Album Shirt (shipped separately), 1 Gummibär (The Gummy Bear) The Gummy Bear Album Magnet, 1 set of Gummibär Sticker Sheets, Two runner-up prizes containing one 16” Jumbo Gummibär Plush, Gummibär Shoulder Bag, Gummibär (The Gummy Bear) The Gummy Bear Album Magnet, 1 Gummibär Squishy Plush Toy, 1 set of Gummibär Sticker Sheets. “The Grand Prize winner” is the Entrant whose entry is chosen as the winner of the “Grand Prize”, and the “Runner-up Finalists” are Entrants who will receive the “runner-up prizes”. 
• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
• All entries must be received by 12:00 AM EST on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH 2025. Six finalists will be determined by The Promoter and announced on MONDAY, DECEMBER 8TH. One Grand Prize winner and two Runner Up Winners will be determined by a public vote via thegummybear.com by 12:00 AM on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2025 and the winners will be notified on or after this date.
• The Promoter’s competition with entry via thegummybear.com is open Worldwide. One (1) Grand Prize winner and two (2) runner-up finalists will be chosen from six finalists after a public vote.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 13 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Use of unauthorized or unlicensed samples will result in an immediate disqualification.
• Use of profanities, expletives, adult content, sensitive content, or violent content will result in an immediate disqualification.
• The Promoter retains the right to disqualify any entrant for any content deemed inappropriate or harmful.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via thegummybear.com by uploading their submissions to SoundCloud then submitting their work to the form on thegummybear.com
• Each entrant can only enter the competition once. No more than one submission per artist will be accepted. Additionally, no collaborations will be accepted. Multiple accounts for submission will not be accepted. If the Promoter finds an entrant guilty of creating multiple entries, they will be disqualified from this and future remix contests. 
• The Prize will be awarded to an entrant who meets the contest requirements, qualifies as one of the six finalists and wins the public vote via thegummybear.com.
• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
• The Grand Prize winner’s winning entry will become the sole property of The Promoter, for the purpose of distributing on digital streaming platforms, social media, and any other avenues of distribution that The Promoter chooses. The Grand Prize winner cannot claim ownership over distribution or royalties, or individually distribute their winning entry independently of The Promoter by any means.
• The name, email address and mailing address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
• The Grand Prize winner must claim their prize within 24 hours of being contacted by The Promoter. If the entrant fails to respond within 24 hours, The Promoter will award the prize to the next finalist with the second most amount of votes from the public voting period of the competition. The process will repeat until an entrant responds to claim their prize within the 24 hour period indicated. Then, two subsequent entrants will be awarded the Runner Up prizes.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners will be announced on social media and Discord, and tagged in the announcement after they have been confirmed. The winner will receive correspondence on next steps for the official release of their remix following the winner announcement.
