Announcing the first-ever Gummibär YouTube Poop Contest!

It’s time to kick off the official Gummy Bear Song YouTube Poop Contest!

The winner will receive $100 towards any purchase at the Gummy Bear Shop, and will be posted on the official Gummibär social media and the official Gummy Memes YouTube channel.

Here’s how it works: 

Create your most bizarre YouTube Poop masterpiece using “The Gummy Bear Song” (original video or HD). Your video must be no more than 2 minutes long. Since this will be promoted on Gummy’s socials, please keep it appropriate for Gummy fans of all ages!

When you’re done, you can submit your video here by Monday, May 11th. Please put your Discord username in the file name! Be sure to join the Gummibär Discord if you have not done so already, or make sure your Discord DMs are open. The voting will also take place in the Gummibär Discord.

Next, we will narrow the entries down to 10 videos. Finalists will be informed by Discord DM and be asked to repost their entry in the official contest voting thread by May 18th, 2026. Voting via Discord reactions will take place starting on May 18th for three days, and then tallied. The winner will be crowned and announced by or on May 22, 2026. 

The winner will be contacted within 24 hours of being notified, and must sign off on permission for Gummybear International to repost the video on social media and YouTube. They may also post the video to their social media, but Gummybear International will exclusively retain the rights. 

Only ONE video can be entered per full name and email submitted. We heavily discourage using additional accounts and submitting multiple videos. We will be checking to the best of our ability to verify each account, and you will be disqualified should we discover you are using multiple accounts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to Gummybear International Inc. “The Entrant” refers to any participant that submits an entry as defined by the rules and regulations of the contest. The “Prize” refers to the following: 1 $100 cash value Gummy Bear Shop Gift Card, and featured posts on the official Gummibär social media including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Facebook, with credit. “The Grand Prize winner” is the Entrant whose entry is chosen as the winner of the “Grand Prize” .
• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
• All entries must be received by 12:00 PM EST on MONDAY, MAY 11, 2026. Ten finalists will be chosen by MONDAY, MAY 18, 2026 and the vote will commence in the official Gummibär Discord server on that date. One Grand Prize winner will be chosen who has received the most votes via reaction with a specific emote as indicated by The Promoter by 12:00 PM on THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2026 and the winners will be notified and announced on or after this date. The winner will be formally announced on FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2026 and shared via social media.
• The Promoter reserves the right to adjust the winner announcement date to an earlier date provided that the conditions for sharing the announcement are met. If the conditions are not met, the date may be rescheduled.
• The Promoter’s competition with entry via thegummybear.com, and subsequently Discordi in the finals, is open Worldwide.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 13 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Use of unauthorized or unlicensed samples will result in an immediate disqualification.
• Use of profanities, expletives, adult content, sensitive content, or violent content will result in an immediate disqualification.
• The Promoter retains the right to disqualify any entrant for any content deemed inappropriate or harmful.
• Each entrant can only enter the competition once. No more than one submission per Entrant will be accepted. If the Promoter finds an entrant guilty of creating multiple entries, they will be disqualified from this and future giveaways.
• The Prize will be awarded to an entrant who fulfills the giveaway entry requirements via thegummybear.com.
• The Winner must sign an agreement stating that they waive the rights to monetize the winning entry in order to be posted on the official Gummibär social media channels, including YouTube (Gummy Memes channel), TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
• The name, email address and mailing address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
• Each Grand Prize winner must claim their prize within 24 hours of being contacted by The Promoter. If the entrant fails to respond within 24 hours, The Promoter will award the prize to the next finalist with the second most amount of votes from the public voting period of the competition. The process will repeat until an entrant responds to claim their prize within the 24 hour period indicated. 
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners will be announced on social media and Discord, and named by Discord username in the announcement after they have been confirmed. If a social media handle is provided, it will be included.
